Historic Campus Walking Tour

Historic Campus Walking Tour

Learn about the early history of Montclair State University on a 40-minute walking tour of the south end of campus. The tour will include historic photographs of the oldest campus buildings and examples of memorabilia. We will discuss student life and interactions with the surrounding Montclair community. Archivist, Paul Martinez, will lead the tour. We will meet in front of the Kasser Theater at noon. Weather permitting – the tour will be rescheduled in the event of rain. The tour is approximately half a mile long. Most of the route is accessible. There is an approximately 260-foot section which is partially-accessible due to a steep grade.
