Online: Faculty Edition: Journal Rankings and Metrics

Learn how to access, evaluate and use a variety of tools that rank and provide metrics for journals, including open access journals. In this workshop, we will cover:

  • Journal ranking tools available at the Sprague Library, including Web of Science/Journal Citation Reports and Scopus
  • Predatory publishers
  • Reputable Open Access resources
  • Metrics (h-index, altmetrics)
